Vacation Paid vacation benefits are provided to Full-Time exempt and non-exempt employees who have completed the ninety (90) day introductory period.

  • 80 hours per year
  • 5–10 years’ service
  • 120 hours per year
  • 10+ years’ service
  • 160 hours per year
Sick leave The Practice offers paid sick leave to all employees who have completed eighty (80) hours of employment. New employees will not be eligible to use sick leave until their 120th day of employment. Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave in a lump sum upon completion of 80 hours of work with the ability to use sick leave after 90 days of employment.
Personal Day Paid personal day benefits are provided to Full-Time employees who have completed the ninety (90) day introductory period. Eligible employees will be allowed 2 personal days per year. The first personal day must be taken between January 1 st and June 30th . The second personal day must be taken between July 1 st and December 31 st.
